If you need to change or you have forgotten your password, simply access your account through the KnowFirst App
Change your Password
To change your password, log out of KnowFirst and follow the 'Forgot your Password steps to reset your password.
If you have chosen to access the KnowFirst app using your Google or Facebook details, please use these details to update your password.
Forgot your Password
1. On the login screen, click on "forgotten password" at the bottom right of the login box
This will then load the "Forgotten Password" screen which will look like this
2. Enter the same "Email address" you used at registration and click on the "Reset Password". This will send you an email with further instructions on how to reset and create a new password.
